Built in 1939, the Kent Hotel is a charming Art Deco gem located in the heart of Miami Beach's vibrant South Beach neighborhood. This 60-room boutique hotel has been lovingly restored to combine elegant historic charm with luxurious modern amenities.

The Colony Hotel is located on the prestigious Ocean Drive, one of the most sought-after tourist destinations in the world, also in the heart of Miami Beach. With a rich history dating back to 1935, this renowned hotel has become a symbol of South Beach's iconic Art Deco District.

These two Miami Beach landmarks, brimming with potential, decided to join Paraty Tech to boost their direct business by centralizing their technology ecosystem under a single provider. In less than a year of collaboration, operating costs have decreased slightly and direct revenue has increased by more than 100%.

Challenges and objectives

Previously, hotels worked with separate vendors for their tools and services, creating challenges in coordination, brand consistency, and cost efficiency. They needed a more integrated and simplified solution. The key was adopting a unified strategy with Paraty Tech. They moved all services, from the booking engine to online marketing, to this platform. This allowed them to achieve better cohesion, goal alignment, and lower overall costs. Additionally, Paraty Tech redesigned the hotels' websites to improve their appearance and functionality, making them more modern and user-friendly. The main advantages of working with Paraty Tech were the consolidation of services into a simplified strategy, the integration of tools that enabled faster execution and better synergy, the new websites with a better user experience and higher conversions, and the continuous performance monitoring and optimization by the Paraty Tech team. Thanks to this solid foundation, the hotels are now poised to continue increasing direct bookings. Additionally, they plan to further leverage Paraty Tech tools, such as the digital twin, hotel + flight integration, and Call Seeker, with the confidence to scale their success beyond 2025.
