She says that she discovered the importance of customer service, one of the hallmarks of the company she runs, during her time as a tour guide. From her Zaphiro Tours franchise, she deepens her knowledge of the complex tourism sector, which is constantly evolving. However, it is as a hotel manager when she really understands that there are more efficient formulas to enhance direct sales, and detects the need that pushes her to found Paraty Tech, together with her brother Franz Matheis, in 2012, focused on new technologies applied to the tourism and hotel sectors. Currently, Gina is CEO of Paraty Tech and the main thinking mind of the Paratyworld group, which is completed with the companies Data Seekers, Ring2Travel and Transfers & Experiences.

Daniel Sánchez has held various positions of responsibility such as revenue manager, duty manager or marketing manager in different countries. Currently, he is the company's Chief Revenue Officer, responsible for leading the growth and expansion strategy in the hotel sector. Daniel works closely with the commercial teams to ensure that hotels maximize their revenue and improve their competitiveness.

Milena is passionate about tourism and hotels, where she started and has developed a large part of her professional career. She has been with us for over 5 years and is now in charge of the comprehensive management of Paraty Tech in the Americas destination.
